In a fit of joy over having a bit of free time, and in a fit of time-wasting at the end of a truly stupid day, I decided to make myself Ember to Ember icons so that I can go back and put them into all my Ember to Ember posts. Probably won't use them, because this is a free account and no way am I giving lj any $ right now (on principle, not due to brokeness), but what the heck, it was an amusing way to fritter away the time :)

So, in case I ever do use them, which should I use?

Ya know, even with a free account you're allowed up to 12 icons, so you could easily upload both if you wanted. That way, you could alternate - which would make my vote of "aw, they're both cool" seem slightly more appropriate.

Oh, you must have a basic account then. Duh! Sorry, when you said "free account" my mind just thought plus, which is what I have. Free, but with ads - which has never bothered me in the slightest, but some others don't seem to like the idea.

Well I've got a crapload of stuff going on right now but my self-imposed deadline is April 30. I just have to work through the editting - it's already been beta'd, by two people, so the only reason I wouldn't be able to post by then would be if I lost my internet connection. ::crosses fingers::

giggles, I'm not voting for either icon, just giggling at the image they present- imagines what the four of them look like going out as a family. As I've I've been reading, I had an image of what each individual looked like, but didn't put it all together like that. *loves*

I'm having a hard time choosing. . . The first one, though I like the second one as well.

I just realized looking at these icons that Ben is the only one without glasses now. Is he going to be demanding a pair of his own?

Heh, actually the thought crossed my mind too. Although sometimes it can be a point of pride for a kid to be "the only one who." In my family, my younger son is the only one with short hair. We thought he'd want to grow it out, like his father and brother and me, but he prefers it buzz-cut. Who knew :)

Both icons are pretty good but I like the second better. Harry looks like a lady in the first. Picture of the little girls is adorable.

LOL he does, doesn't he? The larger version (before it got shrunk to icon size) really didn't. And I spent a great deal of time on the larger version of Draco, because he was just ridiculously feminine :D :D

Oh I didn't know they were from anything. I saw them on a friend's lj - she didn't know either, just saw them and thought they looked cute :)
