• I have just sent out so many e-mails my head is spinning. I would say it's spinning like a top, but that particular phrase brings up all sorts of queebish images right now, and yeah, no, not going there.
  
  
• leochi! Has made a new site! For kids! OMG!! yay_potterkids is for G- to PG-rated HP fanfic and fanart. Which is a godsend because my elder kid, who is 12 and a huge HP fan, has wanted to see/read fanfic/fanart for a long, long time. And the stuff Mama reads/looks at? Ahahaha, yeah, no. Not for a few years decades.
  
  
• Somebody on ff.n just made Hermafrosts a favourite. Awww! I love getting reviews & stuff for Bond, really I do, but sometimes it's also nice to see people like some of the other stuff I've written too. Even when it's het :)
  
  
• Speaking of things that are not Bond, I have an Ember to Ember DVD I ache to put up, but my hp10k_showcase fic is. biting. me.
  
  
• Part of why it's biting me is that I read another hp10k_showcase and it's... omg it has nearly made me stop writing. Because what's the point, really.
  
  
• Should really try to give the author more concrete fb than omgwtfbbqizded. Can't. You'll understand when it goes up.
  
  
• ETA: You know what, without facial expressions/tone of voice the last two bits might sound like the fic in question is bad. It's not. It's gorgeous. The author asked for fb and all I could think was, "I want to be you" and "please for the love of god don't change a single thing." ::sigh::
  
  
• Still working on the history song table. OMG what a lot of extremely cool songs y'all told me about.

Aaaww... that's lovely!

And really really weird, because I just (as in, this week) finished betaing a book for a RL friend of mine, no relation to HP whatsoever - and it's all about Angels, Archangels, Powers, Dominions, etc. None of which I had ever heard of before.
