• hp10k_showcase is posting blurbs. So far geoviki has talked about Juvenile (Type 1) Diabetes, and oldenuf2nb has talked about AIDS Awareness/Prevention/Research. Blurbs will go up first, then the fics.

• I love beards. Shut up, no, I mean real beards, as in, the hairy-faced man variety. And I fangirled Fox Mulder for years, and David Duchovny was on my List¹ for the longest time. And yet beard/Fox Mulder/David Duchovny is... ( not attractive )
  ². I actually sighed with relief in the X-Files movie when he shaved it off. I'd been wanting to scrub it off the entire time.

1. You know, the List of people your partner would have to forgive you for sleeping with, if the opportunity ever came up, because, well, they were on the List! Gillian Anderson was the only girl on mine. Really wish I could remember who else I had on there. Isn't that sad, when you forget your mad celebrity crushes?
   
2. OK, OK, that wasn't Duchovny as Mulder, it was Robin Williams in Jumanji. Couldn't find a picture of beard!Mulder.
