There's this sort of meme-thingy, where participants in the![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
hd_worldcup challenge their flists to guess which entry they wrote, then promise prizes for the first one to do so (eg a drabble of your choice, icon, etc). I'd like to do it. Without the promising part of the prize thing, seeing as how I'm a tad up to my derriere in alligators in both RL and ficlife right now. 'Cause I'm curious. Because right now the most thrilling things I'm reading look like this:
The test as to whether or not the consideration is "conspicuously" greater or less than fair market value is an objective one. Courts have found "conspicuous" to mean "remarkable" and "noteworthy" or "striking", "manifest", "notable" or "flagrant". For example, a difference of $1 million between the fair market value and the consideration received by the bankrupt has been found to be conspicuous.
And if you were trying to memorize crap like that, wouldn't you want to be distracted by people guessing what you wrote?
So yeah, if you think you know whichhd_worldcup Team Epilogue fic I wrote, let me know! Of course I won't be able to say yes or no until the reveal, and in fact, I can't even tell you whether my fic has already gone up or not as there are still three more postings to go, but hey. Give it a shot :)
