well, there might not be harry/ginny, but i believe there is/was harry/luna. i frankly don't get why the fic is labelled "h/d" at all since it's clearly not h/d for the most part [unless the fic turns out to be 60 chapters and half of them are h/d].
if i want to read het or gen, i read canon. i don't need fanfic for that.
