Now I'm a volvo-driving soccer mom...
May. 9th, 2006 11:14 pm(OK, I don't actually drive a Volvo, it's a Chevy Cavalier. But I do play soccer.)
I'm at the Comic Book Shoppe with my kids, buying a bunch of D&D figures for one of my son's friends (birthday coming up). The teenage girl behind the counter puts my order through, and I laugh when I read her t-shirt, which says, "Got Yaoi?"
She looks at me funny.
"Nice shirt," I say, and she gives me this pleased, surprised look. Yeah, mid-thirties soccer moms know what Yaoi is too ;)
